Business Loans
The types of business loans that Vextor offers are as follows:
Refranchising – Medium or long-term financing to cover investment needs in fixed assets and to strengthen the infrastructure of companies; it may be used mainly for companies or individuals with business activities in the agricultural, forestry and fishing sectors.
The person granting the loan acquires a preferential right of realization on the asset acquired or improved, as security for the repayment of the loan granted.
Qualification or Advance.– Credit product to finance the acquisition of raw materials and materials, payment of wages, salaries and direct operating expenses (working capital), in order to give continuity to the production cycle and not interrupt the running of the business, it can be used mainly for companies or individuals with business activity belonging to the agricultural, forestry and fishing sector.
The person granting the loan acquires a preferential right of realization on the fruits or products of the production, as a guarantee for the repayment of the loan granted.
Simple Credit – Short, medium or long term financing, it is the most common loan since it can be used for different purposes (Acquisition of Fixed Assets, Working Capital, Restructuring or consolidation of liabilities).
The main characteristic of this loan is that it can only be used for one project, through a contract that ends when the loan is paid off.
The money can be used for only one of the different needs of the entrepreneur.
It can be used mainly for companies or individuals with business activity in the commercial, industrial and service sectors.
Current Account Credit. – Short-term financing for working capital or temporary cash flow needs, through which the Company can revolve the available balance of its credit agreement at revolving terms (30, 60, 90 or 180 days) depending on the Company’s operating cycle.
It can be used mainly for companies or individuals with business activities in the commercial, industrial and service sectors.
