Vextor Activo S.A. de C.V. SOFOM E.N.R. is a Multiple Purpose Financial Institution, a Non-Regulated Entity that was created in 2008 to serve as the financial arm of Grupo Bafar’s subsidiaries.
The main objective is to meet the consumer credit needs of employees, support the growth of suppliers through financial factoring, as well as open market business loans in a flexible and differentiated manner, covering the commercial, agricultural and service sectors in the State of Chihuahua.

SOFOM E.N.R. does not require authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit for its incorporation and operation, and is subject to the supervision of the National Banking and Securities Commission only for purposes of Article 56 of the aforementioned Law.
