In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, hereinafter “Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data”, Grupo Bafar, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Grupo Bafar”), including subsidiaries and affiliates, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Grupo Bafar”, all of them domiciled at Km. 7.5 Carretera a Cuauhtémoc in Colonia Las Ánimas, C.P. 31450 in Chihuahua, Chihuahua; inform you of the privacy notice of personal data, in order to ensure the privacy, confidentiality, integrity and the right to the determination of your data.

Likewise, Grupo Bafar may use the information of the holders of personal data to contact them, collect personal or tax identification information and perform any act aimed at meeting the expectations and needs of the holders of personal data and Grupo Bafar.
