He is a Public Accountant and has a degree in Financial Administration, graduated with both degrees from “Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey”, with a master’s degree in Administration from Thunderbird University (The Garvin School of International Management) in Phoenix, AZ, United States. He has almost 20 years of professional experience holding different positions such as: strategic planning manager at Grupo Bafar, international division finance and administration manager (Roonoke, VA, United States), truck division administration manager, as well as financial planning manager of the company Metalsa, S. de R.L. He also held the position of comptroller for the health sector of Grupo Pulsar. He is recognized as one of the best financial directors (CFOs) in Mexico in many publications such as Expansión, Forbes and Mundo Ejecutivo.

He has a degree in Business Administration, has a diploma in Finance and Senior Business Management, graduated from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Competitive Strategy graduated from Harvard Business School, with 29 years of work experience in the following positions and workplaces: Consultant in Systems Planning and Business Reengineering within the firm Grupo Administración e Informática SA based in Monterrey, N.L. participating in companies such as: Inverlat, Seguros Monterrey, Fianzas Monterrey, Xerox Mexicana, Grupo Industrial Saltillo, Almacenadora SA, Sidermex and Prosa, Managing Partner of Globale SC companies dedicated to offering Internet access in partnership with INFOSEL and which was later sold to the Spanish Terra Networks, Director of Modernization and Systems in the Municipality of Chihuahua in the Administration of the Municipal President C.P. Alejandro Cano Ricaud, Undersecretary of Economy of the Government of the State of Chihuahua in the administration of the Governor Lic José Reyes Baeza Terrazas Later takes office as Secretary of Economy, General Director of Grupo Jidosha Internacional SA de CV, company that manages 9 automotive agencies of the brand Nissan in the states of Chihuahua, Campeche and Yucatán.

Ing. José María Muzquiz Barrera

He is an Agricultural Engineer from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua with a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Universidad de La Salle, with studies and diplomas from IESE in Spain and Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Ing. Muzquiz has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, holding various managerial positions in the Credit and Commercial areas of BBVA Bancomer. He participated as a counselor in the Bank of Mexico in the North Regional Management in Sonora, counselor of the Chihuahua State Delegation of Cruz Roja Mexicana, as well as President of the Banking Center in the States of Chihuahua and Baja California.

C.P. Guillermo Medrano Artalejo

Real Estate Director

He is a Public Accountant with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and studies in Senior Management from IPADE. With more than 16 years of experience in the Real Estate Sector and more than 10 years of experience in the Industrial sector, he has been CEO of Intermex Parques Industriales, and held important positions in Grupo Chihuahua. He is director of the real estate division of Grupo Bafar, managing to position this business unit as one of the fastest growing and contributing to the results of the group, positioned the Bafar brand within the real estate segment in the north of the country and formed a portfolio in as only 4 years that serves as the basis for Fibra Nova. It consolidated a strategic alliance with Copachisa, one of the most important construction companies in the north of the country, achieving important real estate projects. He has participated in the council of the Association of manufacturing factories of the City of Chihuahua, generating a wide business network in the manufacturing sector.

C.P. Germán Sandoval Ortiz

He is a Public Accountant, graduated from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus. He has two Diplomas, in Management Skills and in Auditing, Administration and Leadership, both completed at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He has 28 years of work experience. Risk-based Internal Audit Specialist with more than 19 years of experience inside and outside of Mexico. As an auditor, he has worked for private companies such as Grupo Salinas and Grupo Vizion in different sectors such as finance, retail, telecommunications, construction and agri-food; being responsible for areas of Corporate and Operational Internal Audit.
