It merges the areas of consumer products, distribution logistics and retail to become a multi-channel, multi-brand and multi-protein company. Together we managed to turn this project into a successful management model that allows us to be highly competitive, make timely and assertive decisions, under the leadership of its director, Mr. Jorge Baeza Fares.<\/p>\n<p>The merger of these business units represented the evolution of our food business.
