Collaboration of experts: University Bafar has achieved certification of 125 professors through the standard of competence given to know, Council of standardization and certification of labor competence, providing 215 subjects of operational practice. The design and delivery of the training courses are conducted mostly with the participation of experts and key users of the different areas of the company.
2. Diversity of media: Bafar University offers face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual courses through a technological platform, which promotes self-learning and allows flexibility of time and space as well as national and international coverage.
3. Strategic alliances: University Bafar in conjunction with various educational institutions developed highly specialized training programs in the fields of manufacturing, finance, management, engineering, logistics, sales and food science.
4. Approach to meritocracy: the model of curricular and score cards of knowledge by job description, allows registration and tracking of learning and academic performance of the employees on a Board of talent, while providing relevant information for the development of plans for growth and succession of the different members of the organization.
